Plan a day to reconnect with yourself and find your breath at our gratitude retreat. We are thrilled to host a day-long event, centrally located in Buffalo at the King's House event center.
Join us for a day of yoga, reflection, and mindfulness as we beat the summer heat and root ourselves in gratitude. We will offer three master classes, gratitude-centered activities, and free time to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. Food and beverages are included, bring a yoga mat, a journal and an open mind.
