Heart Opening Yoga and Sound Bath

Celebrate loving yourself this February and join Lindsey Johnston and Celina McKenzie, for a soul-soothing evening of yoga and meditation through sound. Practice will begin with yoga designed to open your heart and prepare the body for meditation. After being guided into a meditative state (laying down in savasana), you will then be left to swim in the sound of the singing bowls.

Celina's Singing Bowls produce a vibration that can be heard as a singular tone. The tone produced by each bowl resonates with a specific chakra or energetic area of your body. These sessions are wonderful for calming both the mind and body and resetting your entire energetic being.

Basic props are provided, but please bring what you need so you can be comfortable laying down. We encourage you bring your own mat, a pillow, and consider bringing a pair of socks and a sweater or blanket to stay cozy!
