Yoga and Journaling Workshop

Combine yoga and journaling to maintain a well balanced body and spirit. This yoga and journaling session will combine mindful movement and reflection in a welcoming environment. Class will begin with movement, complemented by journaling prompts, and a guided meditation. The 75 minute session will fly by as you gather your thoughts and reflect on themed intentions each class. Bring your yoga mat, journal, and favorite writing utensil. Pre-registration is encouraged.
